I survived a cold and damp Cadwell Park Trackday on my GSXR1000R

My best lap from a recent cold and wet bike Trackday at Cadwell Park last week on my Suzuki GSXR1000R.

The weather never got above 5 degrees and it actually ended up snowing for the last couple of sessions. I survived without crashing, many didn't.... 12 Crashes by lunch time!

This was on the MSV Trackday at Cadwell Park on Sunday 11th September in the Intermediate group.

I managed to get a 1:54 lap time which is pretty poor really but it was my first time on the bike this year and the conditions weren't ideal. I was actually using road tyres due to the cold track temperatures.

There's definitely a few areas i can improve on for next time and hopefully the weather will be better too!

The telemetry is by the Track Day Genius app. Check it out if you record your trackdays on a GoPro that has GPS built in,

The Bike is a 2018 Suzuki GSX-R1000R and has been remapped to about 185bhp at the rear wheel.

The Camera is a GoPro Hero 9 Black.
