What does having IBS feel like?

I always mention how my IBS is playing up... but what does having IBS actually feel like?

I thought I'd share how my IBS feels on a really bad day and on a 'good day' (if there is ever a good day with IBS!) Everyone's IBS is different, so here's my question to you: how does your IBS feel?
