On this week's show we chat with Rhian Sherrington from Women in Sustainability.

Rhian is the founder of the Women in Sustainability Network. The Network was created to help women access the vital community they need in order to lead change & enjoy business success. The vision is for every female change maker to have the confidence, courage, competence and connections she needs to lead & be a force for good.

Rhian says " The WINS Network is working to achieve our vision through our WINS Hub events where the focus is on 'connecting locally, impacting globally'. Prior to Covid, our team of WINS Hub Leads ran in-person events for their Hub communities in London, Bristol, Oxford, Hertfordshire, Stoke on Trent & Staffs, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Aberdeen. Edinburgh, New York City and Frankfurt. Now these are all on online and open to all women, and those identifying as being female, either running their own businesses or working in careers that are making the world a greener, healthier and happier place".
Rhian also offers a Digital Community, where members can access even more tailored support, mentoring and coaching within a friendly, like-minded community.
