My First Time Camping in The Lake District | Red Tarn

My first time wild camping in England and it was at Red Tarn, below Helvellyn, in the Lake District. It was initially well below freezing, but very little frost patches existed in the morning.

My First Time Camping in The Lake District | Red Tarn

I met up with Cass and Funsized Earthling and we did some wild camping at the Red Tarn in the Lake District, just below Helvellyn. It was a gorgeous walk, but was very busy so no filming was done. Took me around 2 hours to reach my destination. The ladies arrived later but were very tired after their long drive, long hike and it was exceptionally cold. Temperatures were to get down to around -3c/-5c, but warmer air arrived earlier than expected and minimised any frost.
