Europa Universalis IV - French Absolutist Reform 1468

Описание к видео Europa Universalis IV - French Absolutist Reform 1468

In 1444 France starts with a reform that makes all vassals into appanages.
Appanages can declare on eachother unlike vassals but still cost a diplo slot. They also have +35% Liberty Desire.
There's also a difference in the force limit of the overlord.
A vassal gives the overlord 1 + 10% of the vassal's land force limit, an appanage only gives 10% of their force limit.
Annexing an appanage also decreases nobles' loyalty and requires you to have seized land before starting.
With this you can get rid of this reform in the 1460s, enjoy!

You get this reform through their which is behind some other missions which are easily done (with limited restarts like England not dowing on you, Jean Bureau dying a bit too soon or the Burgundian inheritance happening too soon). At the end I also continue the french tree by subjogating Provence. I didn’t do this earlier as the mission to get this reform requires your subject nations to not have their capital in the France Region, it also requires the French Strong Duchies to be revoked which happens automatically when you’re without a subject. (you can re-apply it later).
