What is THC-A?

In this video we explain THC-A and why weed is basically legal (without being legal). The hemp industry consists of many loopholes based around the standard legislators have come up with to define what is 'hemp' and what is 'cannabis.''

The definition of 'hemp' is any cannabis plant or plant derived product that contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Notice they didn't say 'Delta-9 THCa.' This is because Delta-9 THCa is not psychoactive...that is, until you heat it up.
