Well another winter storm is barreling across the country and while I normally wouldn't suggest getting a frostbite. This time I'm making an exception; you want a Frostbite! This is a smooth and creamy cocktail, but with a taste of Tequila in there you are sure to warm right up. Today we are showing you how to make this Scandinavian favorite. It's quick and simple to make, and easy going down. So don't waste any time and "Let's get Pourin!"

Recipe Card
Ingredients
1.5 oz blanco tequila
1 oz blue curaçao
.5 oz white crème de cacao
1 oz cream
Cherries for garnish Traverse City Whiskey Co. Premium Cocktail Cherries (21.2oz / 600g) https://amzn.to/3Wu9d6H
Directions
Add ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake to chill. Strain into an ice filled old fashioned glass. Garnish with cherries and serve.

Make your own Blue Curacao
Ingredients
3 Tsp Blue Food Coloring (liquid not gel)
1.33 cup Simple Syrup
1.8 cup Orange Liqueur aprox. 40% ABV
Directions
In a mixing container add 1.5 tsp food coloring, 1:1 simple syrup and orange liqueur (recommend Citron, Cointreau or Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao.) Stir to mix thoroughly. Adjust coloring by adding blue food coloring if needed. Bottle and label. Yield 4.25 cups or 750ml at aprox 25% ABV.
