Still the Beaver Ep 18, Carried Away, July 17, 1985 by Scott Hettrick

As he explains in another letter to his pen pal, when Beaver’s son Oliver (John Snee) listens to bad suggestions from friends, it first leads to poison ivy, which seems insignificant compared to when he accepts a dare from older brother Kip’s friend Freddie Haskell (Eric Osmond) and winds up soaring over Mayfield in a lawn chair carried by weather balloons in this 18th commercial-free episode of the Still the Beaver revival series called “Carried Away” that debuted on The Disney Channel July 17, 1985.

This is the 18th of 26 episodes in 1984-85 before the series featuring most of the original cast of Leave it to Beaver, including Jerry Mathers and Tony Dow, moved to WTBS Superstation for three more seasons under the name The New Leave it to Beaver from 1986-89.
