Dong Abay is a Filipino singer and songwriter. He has created songs that describe the many facets of Filipino culture and social issues like poverty, consumerism, and religion.

His latest album, Rebulto (Eng: Bust), is written from the point of view of national hero Dr Jose Rizal, and using the Rizal Monument in Manila as a focal point.
