Cell's AI in B3 made that match a damn nightmare. I couldn't get him into a DR easily, let alone win it. The only time I managed to do so, I lost the Ultimate struggle. Whatev.
IW Cell is far more manageable, thanks to Cooler's RTF and fatigue system.
Not astounding matches, but surely decent ones.
I got better in mind for him, tho...
