Happy UFO // UAP Day

Now, I don't normally share this because I honestly don't know what I saw. But still interesting, nonetheless. I used to work Traffic Control, so days like today. Blue skies, no clouds, and temperatures weren't high, but it wasn't cool either. I was working on Route 22A at the time, noticed in the sky a Black Dot that was still in the sky. At first, I was thinking of a drone, thought nothing of it. Eventually, we went to lunch break for 30 mins and came back. This same Black Dot was there. You could say, stationary.
I radioed my partner asking if he saw it. But I could not see what I'm seeing, so I told him if it's still there by the time I could show him I would. A few hours go by again, still there. Finally, I'm able to approach my partner, and it was at this point. I had started to bring my arm up, hand to a pointer finger motion. As I started to point right at this object, that's when it moves.

I have done research on drones back in the day for battery life, which to my research. A drone back in the 2000s lasted approximately 10 mins to 60 mins... unless whatever I saw was military.
