Uniform Circular Motion refers to the movement of an object in a circular path at a constant speed. Even though the speed of the object remains constant, its velocity is not constant. This is because velocity is a vector quantity, meaning it has both magnitude (speed) and direction. In uniform circular motion, the direction of the object’s motion is continually changing as it moves around the circle, so the velocity is constantly changing, even though the speed stays the same.
