In this video I'm sharing the creative journey behind my newest stencil design for PM Artist Studio - Plumeria. This design is a departure from my usual wildflower inspired freeform designs. Instead of a field of blooms, this one explores the rhythm and beauty of a repeated floral pattern.
You will see how I go from concept to prototype and on to the gel plate. As I test the stencil. I will share my thoughts on how I evaluate a design, where adjustments might be needed. Sometimes a design translates perfectly; other times it needs a little love in Procreate before its ready for submission.
