Since the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020, young people and their communities have been impacted by skyrocketing rates of anxiety, depression, suicide and overall trauma.

So‪@rinconfamilyservices3145‬and ‪@recoveryinternational2435‬ partnered up with The Shift for Mental Health Month 2021 to engage its community and partners with its first ever interactive youth-driven virtual wellness rally.
