Hy-G Concentrator High Efficiency Gold Clean-Up Room

This system was designed for the jig to classify the wash plant concentrate down to -1/8” (-3.2mm) and recover nuggets before sending the -1/8” (-3mm to the Hy-G).

The jig concentrate is pumped to the Hy-G P12 Concentrator for recovering gold as fine as 400 Mesh (37 Micron).

The Neffco and sluice boxes were used to police the Hy-G tailings but were later removed since there were no losses from the Hy-G P12.

The Sweco circular screen was used to classify the Hy-G Concentrates. The course fractions were cleaned up on the Gold Wheel and the fine fractions were cleaned up on the Gemeni type table.
