VOA Interview: South Sudan State Governor Talks Country's Recent Deal to Unify Rival Forces

South Sudan, the youngest nation in Africa, has been embroiled in political wrangling with on-and-off disagreements between President Salva Kiir and Vice President Riek Machar. Early this month, Kiir and Machar agreed to resume talks and integrate their rival forces under a unified command following weeks of conflict.
