Nov.28 -- Retired Justice Anthony Kennedy tells David Rubenstein that his majority opinion in the landmark case legalizing gay marriage "surprised" even himself because it went against his religious beliefs. "If you make up your mind in advance, you are not following [your] oath," Kennedy says on the latest episode of "The David Rubenstein Show: Peer-to-Peer Conversations" in an interview recorded at the University of Virginia Law School on Nov. 16.
