Come meet Sha Wanda, the first home buyer in the new community. She is a young professional who is very excited to be moving into her first home. She rented in North Phoenix for several years and is looking forward to having her own washer and dryer and more space. She worked with Trellis, a Housing and Urban Development (HUD) approved housing counseling agency to purchase the home. Sha Wanda is also looking forward to getting her first pet since she’ll have her own backyard.
