Ingredients 材料
龙虎斑尾(约500克)、盐½茶匙、生粉适量(沾鱼用)、绍兴花雕酒1汤匙、鸡蛋1粒(打散)、MAZOLA玉米油(油炸用)、清水250毫升
500g Garoupa fish tail, ½ tsp salt, some corn flour for dusting fish, 1 Tbsp Shao Xing Hua Tiao wine, 1 egg (beaten), MAZOLA Corn Oil (for deep frying) , 250ml water
農莊花肉120克(切薄片)、香菇3朵(泡软)、豆干2块(切方块)、 蒜菜30克(切斜片)、 蒜头3瓣、姜6片
120g LONG FARM Belly Meat (thinly sliced), 3 Chinese
mushrooms (soaked), 2 pcs hard beancurd (cubed), 30g leek (cut at a slant), 3 cloves garlic (sliced), 6 slices ginger

Sauce 酱汁
李锦记特级生抽2汤匙、李锦记特级老抽¼汤匙、李锦记纯正麻油1茶匙、盐¼茶匙、 白糖1茶匙、江鱼仔粉¼茶匙、米酒1茶匙
2 Tbsp LEE KUM KEE Selected Light Soy Sauce, ¼ tsp LEE KUM KEE Selected Dark Soy Sauce, 1 tsp LEE KUM KEE Pure Sesame Oil, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, ¼ tsp Anchory stock powder, 1 tsp Chinese Rice Wine

Garnishing 装饰
小白菜100克(烫熟)、青葱粒少许、红辣椒圈少许
100g Baby Bak Choy (scalded), some chopped spring onion, some red chillies
