How do I Design Lessons for Building Thinking Classrooms from Scratch?

Peter Liljedahl's book Building Thinking Classrooms in Mathematics is being used in many math classrooms these days. But what if you've never really made a math lesson like this before? Or maybe you feel intimidated by the whole process. Here's the help you need to take the ideas from previous lessons, use that as a starting point, and then introduce a new concept - all in the Building Thinking Classrooms style.
