Welcome to ExcelGainz. In this video I will show you how to troubleshoot if your arrow keys are not working in Microsoft Excel. So you may notice that when you hit the directional keys it moves the entire spreadsheet. Unlike normally it'll move to another cell. To Fix this. Hit the window search and look for the on-screen keyboard. And un-check Scroll Lock. Modern keyboard sometimes do not have this button so you need to use the windows. On-screen keyboard and I unchecked and it's no longer blue. And now we're back to normal. That's how you fix that problem.
