How to Make an Electric Guitar using Transparent Patterned Plywood

I use transparent patterned plywood for an electric guitar top with LED strips in the body. Customise your axe with the latest, vastly complicated idea from Ray Whitby Creations.

I had to build a copy of a Washburn Maverick guitar body and then modify the design to have a backlight for the feature top. The top is made from wood and epoxy resin, turning it into transparent patterned plywood.

This is a long video, but I go through the necessary stages needed to build the guitar. I hope you enjoy.
