Somewhere hidden just below the surface (like under the Counter Trolls counter) is a "FEDERAL FORM" to use to register to vote in federal elections.

This form can be identified by the mandatory statements required by the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to have been incorporated into the form.

A quick inspection of your States "form" will prove that the State form does not comply with the Act, and therefor is unacceptable for registering to vote in federal elections. Yes. the "State form" is part of a scheme to disenfranchise you /us. It simulates a legal process under color of law.

An interesting provision in the Act pertaining to Armed Forces recruitment offices : (c) Armed Forces recruitment offices
(1) Each State and the Secretary of Defense shall jointly develop and implement procedures for persons to apply to register to vote at recruitment offices of the Armed Forces of the United States.
(2) A recruitment office of the Armed Forces of the United States shall be considered to be a voter registration agency designated under subsection
(a)(2) for all purposes of this chapter.
