Happy Vlogmas! My father was Italian and we often had Italian Amaretti Cookies around the holidays. They are a delicious cookie made with almonds and go perfectly with a nice hot cup of coffee, tea, or cocoa. They are easy to make and this traditional vintage recipe only requires 5 ingredients. They are gluten free and grain free. You can also add some Christmas sprinkles to the tops of the cookies before baking them to add some festive color.
