►The purpose of this video is to offer a format on how to start in a new Agile team as a Scrum Master and start providing value up front. There are so many new things to learn like: internal or external team Agile process, Agile scrum ceremonies, different digital products, as well as internal tools or workflows. This can cause confusion on what to do first when just starting in a new Agile team.
