This “Grey Day” colorway comes in a vintage style with a yellowed midsole - it might not even look like a hoop shoe, but performs at an elite level. The dual-density FuelCell + Energy Arc carbon fiber plate setup is perfect for impact protection, responsiveness and springiness on feet. Traction is arguably a best-of-the-year type of grip, excellent on both clean courts and dusty courts. You can go either true to size or half size down for the best fit, and the soft upper material provides incredible comfort. The only downside from my experience was containment for lateral movements, if you like to shift sideways a lot, you could likely feel your feet protruding out towards the side but otherwise this is an easy cop for anyone looking for great traction & cushion, a lightweight and comfortable ride.
