Staying at Premier Hotel & Spa at Vung Tau, Vietnam

We spent 1 night at Premier Hotel & Spa at Vung Tau, it was a great stay. Awesome beach and city sceneries, beautiful infinity pool. The only downside is the price, it's hard to justify the price with the room size (22m2), I feel like staying at a boutique hotel rather than 4 star hotel.

If I add additional USD20 or 500k Dong, I can get a 5 star Hotel room at Wovenpick Hotel at Phu Quoc. If Premier can lower their price 15-20%, pretty sure it will have better occupancy.
