Enjoy these healthy and delicious ragi momo made with a nutritious dough of ragi and wheat flour, filled with a flavorful cauliflower stuffing. Steamed to perfection, these momo offer a wholesome twist on the classic dumpling, combining the goodness of finger millet with a tasty vegetable filling for a guilt-free snack or meal.

INGREDIENTS
3/4 Cup Ragi Flour/Nachni Atta
3/4 Cup Wheat Flour/Gehun Atta
3 Cup Chopped Cauliflower
1 Medium-Large Onion
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1-2 Green Chilli
2-3 Pinch Black Pepper
Salt

METHOD
Mix ragi flour, wheat flour and salt. Add water and make medium soft dough. Rest for 10-15 minutes.
Heat butter in a pan and add ginger garlic paste. Fry for 1-2 minutes and then add green chilli. Saute for a minute.
⁠Add chopped cauliflower and onion, black pepper and salt. Cover and cook till done.
Divide dough into small portions and roll into thin sheet.
⁠Add stuffing and give any shape to the momo.
⁠Grease steamer plate with oil and place the momo over boiling water.
⁠Steam for 12-13 minutes and serve hot with momo chutney or schezwan chutney.
