CALLOS RECIPE

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Olive oil
1 head minced garlic
1/2 cup yellow onions, finely chopped
220g chorizo bilbao
1 kilo beef tripe
1 pouch (150g) del monte tomato paste
1 pouch(200g) del monte tomato sauce
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp spanish paprika
2-3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp Salt
Ground black pepper
1 & 1/2 cup Ox tripe stock
2 cans Mayon Garbanzos 225g/can (well drained)
1 can (165g) Señorita Pork & Beans
1 can (225g) Mayon Green Peas
100g redbell pepper
