The Blue Crew has landed at B-Unlimited in Fayetteville, Arkansas!

It all started with a SPORTSMAN® screen printing press and a SPRINT® 2000 dryer bought in 2013, which are still in production and used daily.

Nathan Foster, VP of Production at B-Unlimited, shows us around their production floor, serving customers all over the country and they specialize in water-based screen printing, hybrid printing, and direct-to-garment.

B-Unlimited has embraced equipment and apparel decorating technology to uphold its core commitment to sustainability. As early adopters of the DS-4000 Digital Squeegee hybrid, now owning two units, they have also implemented the POLARIS™ Industrial High-Speed Direct to Garment Printing System. This technology has significantly impacted their operations, saving them 2,300 screens in a month with 75-150 unique work orders, each ranging from 2 to 500 shirts and averaging 6-7 color designs.
