We share key lessons learnt from building scalable infrastructure using Git Ops with Terraform at iProcure Ltd, a Nairobi based Startup that currently supplies agricultural Inputs to over 1 million commercial smallholder farmers in East Africa through a network of thousands of tech-enabled Agro-dealers.

As a result of our upfront investment in deploying our infrastructure as code, we have seen dramatic improvements in our ability to deliver software. Through Terraform, we have reduced configuration drifts, doubled the number of features released and created active documentation for our infrastructure.
