HARASSMENT & ASSAULT REPORTED AT DIMAPUR RAILWAY STATION

On 24 August , the group of 4-5 unidentified individuals not only threatened the travelers but also demanded money from them. The attackers warned the travelers to either leave the area or pay a certain amount of money. One of the miscreants even mentioned the possibility of using a gun, escalating the level of threat and intimidation. Such incidents highlight serious concerns about safety and security in public places like the Dimapur Railway Station, especially during night hours. This case calls for immediate attention from local law enforcement to ensure the safety of travelers and to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
