Induction is one of the most efficient methods of cooking – it’s fast and responsive, clean and clever. The „Point & Twist” control is easy and very safe to use, as the hob can’t be activated without the magnetic central control dial.
The Neff induction hob has an automatic pan recognition that heats up the zone only if a saucepan is sensed. The areas around the circular zone remain cool. Therefore spilt food won’t get burnt on to the surface. When a saucepan is removed from the hob, the circuit breaks and heat diffuses instantly.
It’s also very energy efficient – the Neff Induction Hob only needs 1 minute and 30 seconds to boil water and it uses a power of 1800 W whereas in comparison an electric kettle needs 2 minutes and 30 seconds to boil the same amount of water and even consumes 200W more.
