Fix Nvidia Surround wrong resolution/Not working

Want to enable Nvidia Surround, but can't get your screens to combine? Screens have only ONE SMALL resolution, or just incorrect resolutions are showing? Wrong aspect ratio? Well, it's a strange glitch that affects some people, but luckily it's easy enough to solve.
