Prime Minister Narendra Modi came down heavily on the Congress party for torturing an Indian journalist in the US. He said, "Congress claims to be running Mohabbat Ki Dukaan but they are insulting and torturing Indian journalists in the US. The word 'Constitution' does not suit Congress's mouth at all."
