Welcome to Day 29 of our 31 Days of Renewal! 🌿 Today’s practice is centered around gratitude. In this Holy Yoga session, we’ll flow through heart-opening poses designed to deepen your sense of thankfulness. As we stretch and open the chest, we invite God’s love to fill our hearts, focusing on His many blessings. Through gratitude, we discover renewal, peace, and spiritual joy.

We'll reflect on 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18: “Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” This verse reminds us to be thankful in every situation, embracing God’s goodness even amid challenges.

In this practice, you’ll:
🌿 Flow through heart-opening poses to release tension and welcome gratitude
🌿 Focus on mindful breathing to connect with thankfulness in your spirit 🌿 Cultivate a deeper sense of gratitude, renewing your heart and soul in God’s goodness
