In this baseball hitting mechanics video, I show you how to fix head movement head position with simple tee drills. Remember, if you have proper head position and movement you have a chance of success at the plate. If your head is bad, you have very little chance at success.

-Flat Bat Tee Drill
-Palm Up, Palm Down
-Lower Half Heavy
-1 Arm Drill
-Stop at Contact
