What can trigger the development of cultural and creative sectors, how cultural and creative industries can contribute to economic re-integration and what potential the digitalisation of culture has – these were the issues discussed, among others, during an open session held in Kyiv on 24 September within the EU-Eastern Partnership Culture and Creativity Programme. The event brought together culture and creative professionals from Ukraine and abroad, as well as civil society representatives, government officials and other stakeholders to come up with fresh ideas that could become an impetus for the development of the road map of culture and creative industries in Ukraine.
