Cake in Refrigerator - Prevent Your Cakes from Sweating in the Heat!

Have you ever experienced the dreaded condensation on cakes?! I used to have that issue. A lot of people ask me if they can refrigerate fondant cakes and how to prevent cakes from sweating in the warm weather. In this video, I will tell you what I do to stop cakes from sweating. Large droplets of water used to form on my cakes in the Summer, but ever since I started doing these things, I haven't had a problem. I hope these tips help you get through those warm months!
