In this video a day in the life with cerebral palsy, Dallas goes back to the orthotist and gets her new pair of AFOs! Many people with physical disabilities wear braces for their feet to provide support for mobility. AFOs stand for ankle, foot, orthosis. Dallas' AFOs help keep her foot and ankle in an aligned position for standing and walking. We always appreciate visiting Mr. Scott at Hanger Clinic. He has been Dallas' orthotist since she received her first pair of orthotics as a toddler.
