高汤部分/Vegetable Broth:
云南松茸120g(也可以用香菇代替)120g Matsutake (Can be substitute by Shiitake Mushroom)
娃娃菜(取内心)半个 Half Baby Nappa Cabbage
胡萝卜60g Carrot
生姜 6片 6 Slices Ginger
甜玉米 ⅓根 1/3 Sweet Corn
干香菇2朵 2 Shiitake Mushroom
昆布4cm*4cm(3片)3 Slices Kombu
矿泉水 1L Spring Water

📒秘制炒味噌/Miso Mix:
有机赤味噌 150g Organic Red Miso
有机豆瓣酱 1小匙 1 Tsp Organic Soy Bean Paste
有机酱油 1大匙 1 Tbsp Organic Soy Sauce
味淋2大匙(或者用4大匙甜酒酿代替)2 Tbsp Mirin (Or 4 Tbsp Jiuniang )
姜末 5g Minced Ginger
香油 1大匙 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

📒食材/Ingredients:
拉面 100g Ramen
现做鲜豆浆150ml(不加糖那种豆浆,现做最好,会增加汤头厚重浓郁感,模拟豚骨汤) 150ml Soy Milk (Unsweetened, best make fresh to simulate the thickness and richness of the tonkotsu soup)
熟芝麻(磨碎)一小匙 1 Tsp Cooker/Roasted Sesame (Ground)
小米辣 1个 One Tabasco Pepper
海苔片 2片 Two Pieces of Seaweed
小油菜 两棵 Two Bok Choy
