UNPLAYABLE or BROKEN?? ...was I right about Quasar Rogue?

I was invited to a Theorycrafting event try out all the new cards from The Great Dark Beyond! I made a big bet on Rogue's new card Quasar, so I had to try it out for myself.

Power Level Estimate: It's too early to say, this was played in the Theorycrafting event against an unrefined meta. That said, this deck had some crazy broken turns, which always feels like it has potential for meta relevance, and it's far from optimized due to the event's deckbuilding restrictions.
