Making Sourdough Bread, Bagels | Sprouts, Micro Greens and Sunshine

Today I decided to make some sourdough bread and some bagels. It's been almost a year since I made sourdough and at least 15 years since I made bagels. Sourdough is one of those things I have never quite gotten the hang of doing regularly, but I sure do love it. We also decided to take advantage of the sunshine and warm weather and go for a beautiful walk.
