Hi! I'm Vik 😉
This is a quick and effective 5 minute abs workout that will lite up your entire core — upper abs, lower abs, and obliques. When you're short on time just hit up this 5 min ab routine to get your core feeling nice and tight.

Keep a controlled pace through this workout and really focus on keeping your lower back planted into the ground and feel your core throughout every movement. I like to keep my core flexed as much as possible throughout this workout as it helps me to concentrate on getting the most out of each exercise.

This ab workout is great because you'll feel it in your lower and upper abs as well as your obliques ... plus it's only 5 minutes long! Enough talking, let's get to work. Exercises are listed below.
