Thanks to Demolition Kitchen Video for releasing this timeless ABC Weekend Special that has been lost since 1977. I have been looking for this ever since I saw it as a child of the best decade ever and haven’t seen it since till now. Thanks again.

Reel #17 is a re-edited afterschool movie special starring Slim Pickins called “The Winged Colt” and is a compilation of 16mm film clips cut together around the title as the theme. One of the few M.T. Pockets reels that was never finished or shown. Created for The M.T. Pockets Budget Film Fest which was held at The Wichita Center for the Arts in Wichita, Kansas between 1996 and 2003. This is a 16mm film transfer from the original reel that has been restored in 2022 with the edits cleaned up for a new improved viewing experience.

This is my version that has been reworked to remove unnecessary footage that wasn’t part of the teleplay and synced up the audio to match footage.
