2003 Victorian 360 Sprintcar Championship

On a very chilly country Victorian night, 15 360ci Sprintcar teams contested the 2003 Victorian 360 Sprintcar Championship. 13 Victorian, plus a lone South Australian and also a team from the Australian Capital Territory ventured to the Wangaratta City Raceway on Saturday the 5th of April 2003.

Nominations: S6 Michael Burford, V19 Matt Bourke, V25 Mark Smith, A26 Tony Moule, V27 Bob Forbes, V29 Ron Donaldson, V42 Wayne Nicholls, V43 Garry Chippindall (RIP), V50 Graham Docherty, V57 Ian Smith, V66 Mark Smith, V68 Brett Milburn, V72 Col Beasley (RIP), V76 Peter Jacobson and V79 Harold Brennen Jr.

Supporting the event were GP Midgets, Street Stocks, Goulburn Ovens Sedans and the night ended with a bone crunching Demolition Derby. The commentary team was local announcer Paul Box and 'The Pirate' Brett Swanson while Paris Charles covered the reports from the infield.
