PREPARATION
A METHOD OF PREPARING
1. Place 1/2 bunch of parsley in mixing bowl 3s / rev into a clean and dry mixing bowl. 8. Transfer to another vessel and set aside. Wash the mixing bowl.

4. Pour water into the mixing bowl, cook without measuring cup 15min / 100`C / speed 1, cook another 90 min / 90`C / speed 1

5. Remove the basket carefully using a spatula. If necessary, season the broth to taste.

6. Serve the broth hot, with the addition of pre-cooked pasta, sprinkled with parsley.
