For our second episode of Historical Eats, we made and tried recipes for 1915 cupcakes and caramel marshmallow frosting from our "Rocky Mountain Cook Book No. 2." The book was published in 1915 by the Ladies' Society of the First Congregational Church of Park City, Utah. We then compared the 1915 recipe to a present-day box cake.
