SIEMPRE Plata NOM 1438 vs NOM 1414

On this episode of the Thirsty Amigos, we are once again having a Blanco Battle! We have had this battle on deck for a while,  but we were waiting for the newer NOM version to hit shelves in our area.

The Colorado Agave Collective did this battle at one of their monthly tastings, and it was eye-opening. So, about two months later, here we are finally trying this ourselves.

So we are talking about SIEMPRE Plata.  It started its life journey at NON1438. Then, it moved to NOM 1414. NOM 1438 finished tied for 14th in our Big O Blanco Battle  a few months ago. It finished strong. Then, it moved to the distillery at NON 1414.

From the manufacturer's website:
