Recipe of making Gajar,Mooli,Phool Gobhi & Shaljam ka Achar| Mix vegetable Achar

1. Clean and cut the vegetables- carrots & Redish into batons, or large chunks, cauliflower into florets, and turnips into wedges.
2. Put all four in one container and add some salt.
3. Keep it in sunlight for one day.
4. Next day take out all and there will be left remaining water due to salt.
5. Take out that salted water in one glass.
6. Heat mustard oil in Pan.
7. Add grinded rai(sarson), dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder,hing,black salt, table salt into cut vegetables.
8. Also add 2 tablespoon mustard oil and left over salted water.
9. Mix it properly till it get mixed everywhere.
10. Put it in same container and add remining oil into vegetables.
11. Keep this container in sunlight for 2-3 days.
12. Next day, your achar will be ready to eat and serve.
